Back to the casino Granton for this one and a 1st showing of this league for Euan and Johny Stringbet.

Action kicked off pretty early and only took an hour or so for the first buy in: Stringbet double barreled Steve with his middle pair and jammed on the river but with 2 pair after the flop Stevie called and the string was the 1st to buy in.

Wasn't looking to be his night when the 2nd buy in evaporated shortly after... jonny shipped with top pair v ewan trip sixes and that was the 2nd rebuy.

Nigel was next to donate to the rebuy fund when he shipped on the BB with 10 6, Andy called with A 10 of diamonds, and the Ace held.

Current League leader Nigel was to be the 1st out though, he got his money in slight favorite with pocket 8's v Andys KJ of hearts, but the first card out was a jack and it was a costly early exit for Nigel.

Andy was next to be cracked, he ended up all in with a decent Ace but ran into Gavs pocket jacks, he needed an Ace to arrive, but it never showed, so Andy was next out.

Steve then did a double hatchet job when he took out both Jonny and Fray with his A4 off.
If my memory is correct, the 3 way all-in ran out with Ace high taking down the pot.

Next to be busted though was Steve himself, we both hit a King on the flop, but my KJ had Steves K6 dominated, and the Hand held up so Steve was toast.

Next to hit the rail was the host himself, his suited KJ couldn't improve versus euans pocket rockets and it was a 3rd place finish for Gav.

 Heads up was me and Euan, Euan must have had about 90% of the chips in play and from memory it only lasted a few minutes, maybe 8 hands. With less than two blinds I jammed some nonsense hand Into Euan and he called with pocket Aces again and that was that, much to the table's delight there was no miracle suck out for me, and we had our fourth different winner in 4 games.

At the half way point of Season two, Nigels bagel seems him drop down to 3rd behind Gav and me. All still very much to play for.
